Check and report occupancy within 24 hours of assignment
Coordinate the eviction with the sheriff, the foreclosure attorney, the movers, and will be present during the eviction and have the property immediately rekeyed

Obtain competitive bids from reliable contractors for repairs and renovations
Visit the property a least once a week and provide detailed reports on a monthly basis

Serve as liaison in contract negotiations
Monitor sold/pending properties on a daily basis from contract preparation to closing
